IntakeHarbor is my independent software service focused on helping freelancers, consultants, creative professionals and small teams organise enquiry records and intakes more clearly. It exists because feedback and sign-off are rarely the smoothest part of working with enquiries, and because most small businesses only need structure rather than a complex enterprise platform.

Why enquiry organisation matters

An enquiry is a record as much as a conversation. When feedback, records and enquiry stage are kept consistently, questions become easy to answer: what was asked, what changed, who converted it and when.

The problem the software addresses

Feedback tends to spread across email, chat and marked-up files. Records get confused, deadlines are forgotten and history becomes difficult to search. IntakeHarbor brings enquiries, follow-up notes, enquiry stage, records and follow-up notes into one structured workspace.

Supporting independent professionals and small teams

The packages are shaped around real working patterns: one freelancer sending work for client feedback, a consultant managing several engagements, or a small team sharing enquiry records. Nothing assumes a large enterprise deployment.

Transparent package limits

User allowances, active-enquiry limits and enquiry-record limits are published on the Pricing page before purchase and repeated in your setup information. If a limit does not suit you, additional capacity can be discussed.

One-time pricing

Every package is bought once. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal and no stored card details on this website.

Digital delivery

After payment is confirmed, digital access or setup instructions are sent to the email address entered during checkout. Nothing is posted and no physical product is shipped.

Customer support

Support is provided directly by me. Enquiries sent through the contact form or by email are normally handled within one business day.

IntakeHarbor does not provide financial, legal, credit, recruitment or other regulated professional services. Customers remain responsible for deciding whether to accept, reject or proceed with individual enquiries. IntakeHarbor does not guarantee that an enquiry will be converted, does not offer real-time collaborative editing and does not send automatic reminder emails. Customers remain responsible for the legal or commercial suitability of enquiries handled using IntakeHarbor.

Independent ownership

IntakeHarbor is independently owned and operated by Precious Ekoh as a sole trader in the United Kingdom. As a sole trader, IntakeHarbor is not a limited company, a legal practice or a regulated professional services firm.
